On March 19th, Yang Dan, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education and Director of the Office of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs, led a delegation to SZPU for an investigation. Accompanying the investigation were Mao Dongmin, Director of the Department of Foreign Supervision and School Management of the International Department; Shu Gangbo, Deputy Director of the Office of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs; Li Jinjun, Director of the Exchange and Cooperation Division (Office of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs) of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education; and Wang Rujin, Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau. SZPU's Party Committee Secretary Yang Xinbin, President Xu Jianling, and Vice President Li Yue also participated in the investigation.

During the investigation, Yang Dan and her team visited the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area vocational education park and the Integrated Circuit Key Materials Research Institute, and met with students from the National Institute of Technology of Côte d'Ivoire who are participating in the "Future Africa - China-Africa Vocational Education Cooperation Plan" project.

President Xu Jianling reported on the overall operation of the university and the practical outcomes of integrating education with industry and school-enterprise cooperation. He provided a detailed introduction to the school's international development strategy and action plan, including initiatives and achievements in overseas vocational training center construction, Sino-foreign cooperative education, and the establishment of international platforms. Vice President Li Yue introduced the background of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's specialized vocational education park, focusing on cooperation in talent training with Hong Kong and Macao institutions, the coordinated establishment of integrated training centers, the active creation of innovation and entrepreneurship service platforms, and collaborative development in applied technology research.

Yang Dan fully acknowledged the educational achievements and the effectiveness of the school's international efforts, encouraging the institution to continue deepening its practice of internationalized education, further expand overseas vocational training centers, and strengthen exchanges and integration with institutions in Hong Kong and Macao.

Coincidentally, the students from Côte d'Ivoire were participating in a cultural experience activity. Nancy, a student representative, reported their study and life in China in fluent Chinese. Yang Dan encouraged the students to excel in their professional skills and understanding of Chinese culture, becoming ambassadors of China-Africa friendship.
