On April 6 - April 13, the 26^th National College Students Fencing Championship was held in Wuyuan County, Jiangxi Province. Under the guidance of the sports director Wang Jun, and the coaches Qin Weifeng and Pan Feng, our fencing team won great achievements in Group A of the National College Students Fencing Championship, including four gold medals (the first place of men’s foil teams, women’s foil teams, men’s epee individuals and women’s sabre teams), one silver medal (the second place of men’s epee teams) and two bronze medals (the third place of women’s foil individuals and women’s epee individuals). Our women’s foil team won the third consecutive gold medal in the College Students Fencing Championship, and our men’s epee team won the gold medal for the first time, which represented the best performance of the fencing team in a single competition over the past 20 years.
