On May 27-28, the “Automobile Marketing” segment of 2022-2023 Vocational College Students Skills Competition of Guangdong Province was held in Guangdong Communication Polytechnic. Zheng Qihang (2021 Class 1) and Ren Dayi (2021 Class 3), instructed by the teachers Cao Genghua and Gao Mourong from the major of intelligent connected vehicle technology in the School of Automotive and Transportation Engineering, won the first prize in the segment.

The “Automobile Marketing” segment took the quality of completion of important tasks such as automobile marketing activity planning, simulated live broadcast on automobile, technical appraisal of motor vehicles, automobile survey and claim settlement, and the contestants’ professional quality as the competition contents, aiming to comprehensively examine the contestants’ ability in new media marketing plans, use new media marketing means, motor vehicle appraisal and evaluation, automobile insurance survey and claim settlement, communication and expression, and teamwork.
