In 2024, Shenzhen Polytechnic University has finalized its enrollment plan.

It will admit 555 undergraduate students from 7 provinces (autonomous regions) nationwide.

Recently, the Department of EducationofGuangdong Province issued the 2024 enrollment plan for Shenzhen Polytechnic University:

2024 enrollment plan totals 9,995 students

Sources of students cover 20 provinces (cities, regions) across the country

Undergraduate enrollment plan: 555 students, Junior College enrollment plan: 9,440 students

This year, 9 new undergraduate majors have been added:

Integrated Circuit Engineering Technology, Software Engineering Technology, Big Data Engineering Technology, Automation Technology and Applications, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Design, New Materials and Application Technology, Pharmaceutical Engineering Technology, Intelligent Connected Vehicle Engineering Technology

In all provinces (cities,regions) implementing the "3+1+2" new college entrance examination reform, there are no restrictions on elective subjects for all undergraduate and junior college enrollment majors.

Undergraduate Enrollment Plan:

The university, rooted in Guangdong and open nationwide, has expanded undergraduate admissions this year to include Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi, and other provinces (cities, regions). Henan's enrollment batch is the first batch of undergraduate admissions, while other provinces are categorized as regular undergraduate batches:

The enrollment plan has increased to 555 students:

Guangdong: 471 students

Jiangxi: 6 students

Shandong: 18 students

Henan: 18 students

Hubei: 18 students

Hunan: 18 students

Guangxi: 6 students

For physics majors, the university offers the following programs:

Additionally, the university continues to innovate undergraduate talent development by establishing an experimental class in Electronic Information Engineering Technology (Future Technology Institute), with an enrollment plan of 18 students specifically targeting physics majors.

Junior College Enrollment Plan:

Targeting the summer college entrance examination, the enrollment plan totals 4,822 students, distributed as follows:

Outside Guangdong Province: 700 students

Within Shenzhen City: 1,350 students

Guangdong Province (excluding Shenzhen): 2,742 students

Guangdong Province (in collaboration with vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges ofSouth China Normal University): 30 students

By enrollment discipline:

Physics (Science): 2,749 students

History (Liberal Arts): 1,541 students

Fine Arts: 506 students

Music: 26 students

General high school students admittedin the spring college entrance examination can also participate in the undergraduate admissionsin thesummer college entrance examination. After being admitted to undergraduate programs, any remaining quotas will be transferred back to provincial junior college enrollment plan for general college entrance examination.

Therefore, our school's junior college enrollment plan for the summer college entrance examination in Guangdong Province is expected to exceed 5,000 students.

Continuing the cooperative education trial of "3+2" segmented upgrading to undergraduate program with South China Normal University:

In Guangdong Province, we will continue the cooperative education trial of "3+2" segmented upgrading to undergraduate program with South China Normal University. The enrollment major is early childhood education with a total enrollment plan of 30 students. The admission batch is the junior college batch, with enrollment conducted separately by the specialized subject group.

Requirements for elective subjects in provinces with new college entrance examination reform:

The school has no restrictions on elective subjects for all undergraduate and junior college enrollment majors in provinces (regions, cities) that have implemented the "3+1+2" new college entrance examination reform, including Guangdong, Hebei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Chongqing, Guizhou, and Gansu.

Shandong is a province that has implemented the "3+3" new college entrance examination reform, without distinguishing between arts and sciences. The subject category is “comprehensive”. There is no limit to the elective subjects for junior college admissions, while undergraduate admissions must choose one subject, "physics".
