On May 27, the “Legal Practice” segment of 2022-2023 Vocational College Students Skills Competition of Guangdong Province, sponsored by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, was successfully held in Deye Building, Liuxiandong Campus of SZPT. A total of 45 contestants from legal practice teams of 15 vocational colleges participated in this segment. After fierce competition, our legal affairs team from the School of Economics won the first prize (first place) and got a ticket to the national competition.

As it was less than one month before the scheduled date of this segment, the Comprehensive Management Office of the School of Economics, the Student Affairs Office, the Training Room and all the teachers of the legal affairs major devoted themselves into the event with full enthusiasm and practical spirit, highly praised by the competition inspectors, expert panels, judges, and participating colleges and universities. The seminar “Connecting with digital economy and cultivating high-quality legal technical talents” held in parallel with this segment discussed the legal vocational education in the digital era to further deepen the connectivity of the legal vocational education community in the province.
