On April 15, the“Human ResourcesManagement Skills Competition” segment of 2023 Guangdong Vocational College Students Professional Skills Competition was successfully completed in Guangzhou CityPolytechnic.Instructed by human resources management teachers Li Yajun and Liu Zhiyong,the studentsWu Yiting, Long Xinxing, Pan Jiehui and Liu Yuhao majoring inhuman resources management and business administration won the first prize in Guangdong Province. The human resources management major has won this prize for 3 consecutive years.

Thehumanresources managementskillscompetition will be listed aspart of the national competition for the first time in 2024. With the goal of entering the nationalcompetition, thehumanresources management major willmake continued efforts to the selection and cultivation of competition teams.Meanwhile, the major will also take the vocational skills competition as the starting point, adhere to the concept of“promoting teachingthrough competition, promoting learningthrough competition,and promoting reformthroughcompetition”, strengthen the training of skilled and professional talents, anddrive the further reform and innovation of professional talent training modes.
