On November 7-11, teachers from the School of Electronic and Communication Engineering offered five sessions of online training courses for Overseas Vocational Education Training Center jointly established by SZPT and University of Plovdiv Paisii Hilendarski. A total of 30 teachers and students from Bulgaria participated in the training.
The five sessions of online training courses in this training included “5G Bearer Network”, “Development and Application of 5G Technology”, “5G Network Architecture and Evolution”, “6G Wireless Communication”, “Smart City” and other cutting-edge contents. The School of Electronic and Communication Engineering attached great importance to this training by selecting excellent teachers Vice Dean Wang Yongxue, Zheng Zhihua, Li Yingying and Zhang Yarin to take charge of the teaching work, and preparing a wealth of English teaching resources and practical application cases.
Professor Nadezhda Kafadarova, Dean of the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering at University of Plovdiv Paisii Hilendarski, expressed sincere gratitude to our college for the well prepared online training courses. She said that the development of modern communication technology in China has been in the forefront of the world. These five sessions of courses provide students with the opportunity to understand the latest development direction and successful cases, which is conducive to their future study. She hopes to continuously carry out relevant training courses.
At present, our college has established nine overseas vocational education and training centers in Malaysia, Bulgaria, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Brazil, Finland and other countries. We use the Overseas Vocational Education and Training Center as a platform to offer Chinese language and professional training for teachers and students of overseas cooperative institutions. The School of Electronic and Communication Engineering has conducted training on modern communication technology for overseas teachers and students for five consecutive years, and more than 250 teachers and students have been trained in total.
